Hi! I'm Kyle Lammers I live in the open skies & rolling hills of NE Nebraska where my family & I take pride in the crops we grow & the beef we raise. I enjoy connecting with people & allowing them to know exactly where their food comes from!

As a teen Kyle lost his arm in a farming accident. He has never let this slow him down & continues to build his dream on the ranch alongside his family! He is passionate about his profession & love what he does. “The first time I birthed a calf on my own it was difficult but very rewarding. At that moment I knew that I wanted to continue the family tradition. I hope to always be an inspiration on this journey!“
6th generation ranch
John Lammers came to America from Germany settling in NE Nebraska. Since then, many of his descendants have been ranching & raising beef. Given this history, we know how critical the care of each animal is in order to produce a quality product. We raise our cattle from birth. This allows us to control the diet & guarantee the appropriate care & treatment of our herd. This ensures healthier animals and consistent, high quality beef products.
