Is the beef grass-fed?
Our cattle are grass-fed & corn-finished. We feed them a regimen prepared by a certified nutritionist of corn silage, corn, hay, corn stover (all of which we grow ourselves), & a protein supplement.
Where are you located?
Hartington, Nebraska!
How is the beef Shipped?
We ship our beef in insulated boxes with dry ice to keep the beef at an optimal temperature. We use UPS GROUND - it takes up to 4 days to make it to the coasts from Nebraska.
When will my beef ship?
We ship on Mondays unless otherwise noted.
Subscription boxes ship on the 1st Monday of every month unless otherwise noted.
Reasons shipping dates could change: holidays & inclement weather.
can you ship to my state?
We ship to all 50 states. We can only ship to a physical address. No PO Boxes.
How much room will i need for my beef?
1/2 of a Beef will take up about 8 cu ft. of freezer space & a whole beef will use 16-17 cu ft. of freezer space.
