Estimated 219lbs finished weight - 55% Ground Beef, 20% Roasts, 15% Steaks and 10% Offal Standard cuts (Ribeyes, New York Strips, Sirloins, Filet Mignon, Chuck Roast, Rump Roast, Ground Beef 85/15 and Brisket) in each bulk reservation, meaning no cut sheet will be provided to the butcher.
If you wish to have specific cuts, your contact information will be passed on to our butcher, and they will contact you for your cut sheet.
Deposit of $300.00 required to lock in date, final price of $2,800 (less deposit) for STANDARD CUTS only. Personalized cuts, final price will be based off processing.
Bulk Beef is available all year around. After livestock is delivered to our USDA-Inspected locker, expect to have your beef at minimum 4 weeks later. The month you select is the time frame you should plan to receive your meat. Price includes delivery of animal to butch, processing, bulk packaging, and seasoning. Additional costs for delivery may be assessed.
Local customers will have delivery setup, if beef needs to be delivered 50+ miles from Hartington potential delivery fee will be assessed ($40) or if beef needs to be shipped out of state, shipping will be sent with final invoice payment.
