Beef is sold by hanging weight - this is the weight after butchering but before the finished cuts. Our beef is processed into standard cuts being Ground Beef, Steaks and Roasts. Final costs include deposit, processing, delivery (if local or in Nebraska) and a One Hand Man Seasoning.
