BULK BEEF whole, half, quarter, and eighth
Beef is sold by hanging weight - this is the weight after butchering but before the finished cuts. Our beef is processed into standard cuts being Ground Beef, Steaks Roasts and Offal. Deposit is required, final payment is due upon delivery or before items are shipped. Final costs include deposit, processing, delivery (if local or in Nebraska) and a One Hand Man Seasoning.
Your bulk order - finished weight will consist of roughly:
55% Ground Beef
20% Roasts
15% Steaks
10% Offal
If you choose to bypass the Offal that percentage of regular cuts and price will not adjusted.
