BULK BEEF whole, half, quarter, and eighth
Beef is sold by hanging weight - this is the weight after butchering but before the finished cuts. Our beef is processed into standard cuts being Ground Beef, Steaks and Roasts. See our Whole, Half, Quarter and Eight Angus beef for weights and deposits. Final payment is due upon delivery or before items are shipped. Final costs include deposit, processing, delivery (if local or in Nebraska) and a One Hand Man Seasoning.
