Estimated 240lbs finished weight - 120lbs Ground Beef, 60lbs Roasts and 60lbs Steaks Standard cuts in each bulk reservation, meaning no cut sheet will be provided to the butcher. If you wish to have specific cuts, please contact us.
Deposit of $300.00 required to lock in date, final price of $2,450 (less deposit). Bulk Beef is available all year around. After livestock is delivered to our USDA-Inspected locker, expect to have your beef at minimum 3 weeks later. The month you select is the time frame you should plan to receive your meat.
Local customers will have delivery setup, if beef needs to be shipped out of state, shipping will be sent with final invoice payment.
